(P.B.I.), Allegheny County and Westmoreland Bar Associations
for their C.L.E. adoption programs. She lectures extensively
in the area of adoption law and permanency planning
for children who have been in long-term foster care. |
| Ms Petrillo is the former adoption department coordinator
for the Allegheny County Orphans' and Juvenile Courts. |
| She has received numerous appointments by the courts
in both Allegheny and Westmoreland counties to act
as a guardian ad litem in contested termination of
parental rights proceedings. |
| As an Adoption Advocate she testified before the
Senate on needed adoption legislative reforms and
has advised state and federal legislators concerning
pending adoption bills. |
| Attorney Petrillo is a member of the Board of Directors of CASA of Westmoreland, Inc. |
| She is a summa cum laude graduate of Mercyhurst
College and received her juris doctorate from the
University of Pittsburgh School of Law. |
